RESTON, Va. (Nov. 21, 2016) – Constellis, a leading provider of risk management and operational support services, announced today that it has hired Barry Broadus as its new chief financial officer.

Barry brings more than 30 years of international financial management expertise, specializing in finance and accounting, new business pricing, strategic planning and forecasting, execution of complex financial transactions, regulatory compliance, and relationships with financial institutions, investors and market analysts. Prior to joining Constellis, Barry served as CFO for Alion Science and Technology, where he provided direction for the Company’s short- and long-term financial objectives, culminating in the successful sale of Alion.

Barry received his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from the University of Alabama and is a Certified Public Accountant from the Commonwealth of Virginia (not currently active or licensed). During his career, Barry has served both commercial and government customers at companies such as SAIC, Brainbench and EDS.
