September 2010Triple Canopy is a founder signatory of the International Code of Conduct (ICoC) for Private Security Service Providers, global initiative aiming to set global standards for the private security industry and establish independent mechanisms for effective governance and oversight. Triple Canopy CEO Ignacio Balderas speaks at the signatory ceremony for the Code in Geneva, Switzerland where the company is one of nearly 50 security organizations participating in the event.
September 2010Triple Canopy acquires Edinburgh International, the Dubai-based security and risk management company with locations in the UK, Afghanistan, Iraq and the UAE.

2005All American K-9 Detection Services, Inc. is founded to offer contract working dog detection services to governments, international organizations, businesses and other private entities around the world.
2003Triple Canopy is founded by former U.S. Army Special Forces veterans Matt Mann and Tom Katis to address the threat of international terrorism by training government agencies in anti-terrorism techniques.
2003WSI merges with Group4Falck, merging again three years later to become Group4Securicor (G4S), the largest security company in the world.
2002Olive Security (UK) Ltd is founded by Harry Legge-Burke. The company changes its name to Olive Group (UK) Ltd in 2005.

1990WSI is awarded the largest private paramilitary award for the Department of Energy’s Savannah River Plant (now called Savanna River Site). SRS remains a key contract for Constellis, continuously held since award where we provide air, land and river security to 310 square miles.
1983WSI wins the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant (LCAAP) with the Department of Defense. This was our first DOD contract, and a contract we have held continuously since.
1981TWC becomes largest US-owned security company and first publicly listed security company on the New York Stock Exchange.
1965WSI wins its first fire and emergency services contract with NASA Kennedy Space Center. A contract WSI would hold on and off for 50 years.
