It is with great sadness that we confirm the deaths of five of our local national employees who were killed in a terrorist attack on their commute to work at Kandahar Airport this morning in Afghanistan. Our entire company is grieving this tragic and senseless loss of our colleagues and we are in close contact with their families to assist them in any way we can.
At this time, we can confirm that Olive Group and our employees had no advance warning or threat of this cowardly attack. The safety and security of our employees is our utmost concern and we are currently assisting local authorities with their investigation while conducting our own.
