RESTON, Va.(September 13, 2016)— Constellis, a leading provider of operational support and risk management services, announced today that it has completed a management-led buyout by a consortium of investors. This consortium is headed by affiliates of certain funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, LLC (together with its consolidated subsidiaries, “Apollo”), and will include Jason DeYonker (the Chief Executive Officer of Constellis), Dean Bosacki (the President of Constellis), certain other members of management, as well as a group of existing investors including Forte Capital and Manhattan Partners. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
