Constellis, a leading provider of operational support and risk management services worldwide, announced today that it has appointed three of Centerra’s senior management personnel to take on key executive management roles at the company. Constellis completed its acquisition of Centerra in April, a move that significantly enhanced the company’s U.S. domestic presence. Centerra’s CEO, Paul Donahue, will now serve as chief operating officer of Constellis while Rick Tye, former Senior Vice President (SVP) of business development for Centerra, will step into Constellis’ SVP role. Debbie Ricci, Centerra’s former CFO, will now serve as Constellis’ SVP of finance and accounting.
